From the first girl that answers ( Ashley ) is extremely polite and listens to your exact needs , promptly has a tech return my call . Once on phone with tech , each and everyone I speak to is extremely helpful, gets my problem resolved immediately , and always asks if there is any other concerns while I have them on the line . I honestly would not change a thing , customer service is impeccable, and the tech knowledge that they all have is very impressive . Keep doing exactly what ya'll are doing , it's been nothing but great customer service on my end.

I’m the director of STARC of Louisiana…a local non-profit that supports individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. In-Telecom provides all of our phone and infrastructure systems. In order to better serve our clients and their members, we needed to become more agile in the call center.
